Material Variations

Because we use actual lumber and leather for our furniture, variations occur naturally in our work.  While we do try to keep some consistency in our products the natural inconsistencies keep each piece unique.

Returns

All Sales are final. We take great care to ensure that anything you order from us is made to meet any and all of your expectations. However we do offer returns, exchanges & refunds for products damaged during shipping. All of our work in fully insured. If a piece is delivered damaged, please REFUSE DELIVERY from the carrier and we will sort out the rest. We will require documentation of the damage and you will need to ensure the carrier has documented the damage in thier BOL as well. We will work to either replace the damaged components of your purchase or deliver a refund. Once damage is reported, it can take 2-3 weeks to issue a refund. In the event that you would like a replacment item we will craft a new one immediately. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure all furniture will fit into their space before ordering. We will not issue refunds if the piece doesn’t make it through the door. The Customer is also responisble for properly caring for thier Two Bolts furniture, we will not issue refunds of credits for water rings, marred finishes or any other damages incurred through misuse.
