All Sales are final. We take great care to ensure that anything you order from us is made to meet any and all of your expectations. However we do offer returns, exchanges & refunds for products damaged during shipping. All of our work in fully insured. If a piece is delivered damaged, please REFUSE DELIVERY from the carrier and we will sort out the rest. We will require documentation of the damage and you will need to ensure the carrier has documented the damage in thier BOL as well. We will work to either replace the damaged components of your purchase or deliver a refund. Once damage is reported, it can take 2-3 weeks to issue a refund. In the event that you would like a replacment item we will craft a new one immediately.
